The free plan has several restrictions, the main one being a limit on the number of appointments per day that cannot be exceeded.

If you reach the daily appointment limit, your account may be blocked for new appointments until the end of the day.

Yes, we issue invoices for all charges automatically once payment is confirmed.
Issuing an invoice before payment is only possible for the plan Enterprise and must be requested directly from our sales team

Any subscription can be canceled within 7 days from the date of subscription, with a full refund of the amounts paid, provided that the use of the subscription limit has been less than 20% of the month's capacity. Otherwise, the amounts are refunded proportionally to the unused value.

If you are on the free plan, your account will be blocked from making new appointments until the next subscription period.

In other plans, we monitor and notify customers to change their plan, but without blocking the account from making new appointments.

Yes, you can use notification packages (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) for up to 12 months from the date of purchase
